The results presented certainly are eye-openers for senior and top management, but what next, what to do!
The point is, almost invariably there ends any hope of Continuous Improvement, why?
Understanding then Matching or Mapping the Survey results to:
- Company Culture values then to
- specific behaviours/Habits followed by
- specific KPI and finally to
- a taylor made programme, which demands experience in the disciplines of:
- commercial operations
- strategic HR
