What makes for Employee Engagement?
Running an organisation the lean transition tps way is not too dissimilar to a good time in the playground sandpit.
You need:
- Leadership needs to be fully and appropriately engaged.
- Rules and Principles need to be agreed and kept to.
- Support systems for procedures and process in place.
- Everyone Develops through problem solving practice.
But above all else, Top Leadership need to learn to be fully and appropriately engaged otherwise everyone will urinate in the sandpit.
