🙈Key reply is #onboarding. The last thing you want is employing recruits who don’t fit the organisation, leave within days or months and don’t perform to #standardwork within the time and quality expected.
🙉You need an onboarding process which creates #employeeengagement , #selfreliant and #minimumjobrole performance within the agreed time frame.
🙉All the #experiencecoaching and #leadershipdevelopment has taught us that onboarding has the highest probablility of failure around the #organisationalculture issues once the employee is under the supervision of his or her trainer or direct line #supervisors.
🙈You can have an excellent 6 stage #inboarding process, but its how the person is trained, monitored and developed where you have least control at the #genba.
🙈Many companies develop a #lean #academy for new recruits. Not every #enterprises can afford this.
🍒If you get the “IN” process wrong, dont blame the new recruit.
🍒If you want to develop a #qualityimprovement culture, treat Onboarding as a #strategicmanagement initiative and use your best people for it.
