Many moons ago, I had the privilege to lead the development and successfull implementation of a programme called:
“World-Class Leadership Development Programme Through People Power”
The Toyota thinking is not only profound, but it is within the culture of how they think and work.
A fundamental part of their culture.
At the end of the day, we were measured on three success factors:
- Employee Engagement
- Member Self-Reliance
- Practical Ability to Solve Problems
