👍Point 1: Observe like with an #intelligenteye exactly want they do for the first two hours of the shift.
👍 Point 2: (this is a shocker) how much time to they spend on #shopfloormanagement and how much in the #office.
👍#rulesofsuccess 1. #minimumjobrole and #standardwork apply from minute one they arrive in the #factories
👍#motivationalmindset they must aim for #pareto 80% of time on shopfloor and 20% in office in admin.
